Yeah we get it, Corona happened and all of a sudden everyone is rEmOtE fRiEnDlY and tOtAlLy fLeXiBlE.

The reason we believe remote-work is great is not because just now we realized we can outsource office cost to our employees—letting them mess up their health in the process, because they're working from their kitchen table with a 13" laptop screen, while two kids are in the same room.

Remote-work is great, because it enables us to do more of what we want to do and less of what we do not.
Remote-work is not better than coming to an office and it is not easy either. Making it work is hard—individually and as a team—but definitely worth it.

We believe in the self-sufficiency, responsibility and professionalism of our team. We know the value of face to face time and an office, but in the end we need good people, not just good Berliners.

Oh yeah … about flexibility. You don't need to wear a suit and won't impress with massive hours. We have early risers and night owls alike. We have families and a private life, too. And occasionally we even need to go to the doctor or we're waiting for a package to arrive. Life gets in the way (You know, just communicate please).
